In partnership with TLC, Mayfield Architects, and Ifland Engineers, Bogard's team completed construction of this 6,790 SF steel building comprising a college meeting room and a coffee house on the main level, with mezzanine level over the coffee house serving area, consisting of administrative offices and additional seating.
