Bogard Construction is providing Construction Management services for the District's renovations associated with a local bond measure. Scope includes the demolition of two existing buildings, and their replacement with two pre-fabricated building structures, totaling roughly 3,000 SF of improved building space, intended for both classroom and multipurpose uses. Bogard's team managed to aid in the process, allowing the District to realize the savings necessary to meet their budget requirements.
