The SCCS Educator Housing project consists of the construction of a multi-family residential building and associated sitework on the westside of Santa Cruz. The project consists of a 4-story building containing approximately 100 Units.
Starting construction in Spring 2026, and schedule for completion in Summer 2028, Bogard Construction has partnered with EHDD Architects and Studio Vara for the Design/Build delivery of this project for SCCS.
