The SCCS Educator Housing project consists of the construction of a multi-family residential building and associated sitework on the westside of Santa Cruz. The proposed project consists of a 4-story building containing approximately 100 Units.
Currently in early stages of design, Bogard Construction has partnered with EHDD Architects for the Design/Build delivery of this project for SCCS.
