Santa Cruz Community Health Centers selected Bogard Construction to provide CM/GC services during preconstruction and construction for their East Cliff Family Health Center in Live Oak. The project included renovation to an existing 9,500 SF building in the East Cliff Drive Shopping Center, into which SCWHC expanded its services, providing a full-service family clinic.
