Project Management services with the City of Capitola for the design and construction of the new Capitola Library. Services include design team selection and coordination, constructability and budgeting, contractor prequalification and bidding coordination, as well as construction management services.
The previous temporary facility is now replaced by a stunning new 11,700 SF library which opened in June 2021. A hub for community activity, the new library features a large meeting room, expanded children's wing, reading rooms, outdoor deck, fireplace, teen space, and solar panels for energy efficiency.
