Bogard Construction built this original shopping center for the Pratt Co., and recently completed a remodel of the center's facilities and landscaping. The effort of which resulted in the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce honoring the Pratt Company with the Beautification of Scotts Valley Award for 2008.
