Bogard Construction maintained a relationship with Longs Drug Stores which spanned four decades, and three generations. As a result, Bogard was part of only a handful of general contractors selected by Longs in the mid-2000's to join their team for a number of expedited remodels to their existing stores throughout California. These series of projects required careful planning, coordination and scheduling in order to meet Owner requirements, as well as specific store needs. The remodels completed are below, folled by several of which were new construction:
