Pacific Union Development negotiated with Bogard Construction during the design phase of this building to ensure the project remained within budget, schedule and quality requirements. Work began on nine buildings totaling over 170,000 sq. ft. including 206 apartment units, recreation/community building, and swimming pool in December 2002, and was completed in April 2004.
