David Tanza

Corporate Consultant

David has more than 40 years of professional experience in all aspects of the construction industry, from site development to construction closeout. Joining Bogard in 1999, he provides construction and project management for major capital improvement programs, and major and minor alterations projects. David has supported many of our client’s projects in the role of owner’s representative and has assisted clients with document review, cost estimating and budget analysis.
