The Harvey West Studios project is a 121 unit apartment project for Housing Matters which will provide permanent supportive housing for those experiencing homelessness in Santa Cruz. Scheduled for Summer 2026 completion, the building is four-stories of wood-framed apartment units, over one level of concrete podium at the ground level, which contains on-site management and support offices, common room, kitchen, and laundry.
Bogard's team provided extensive preconstruction, constructability, budget forecasting, value engineering, and design coordination services in advance of construction.
