During the design phase of this large steel framed structure, it was discovered that the foundation would rest on a former riverbed. Bogard Construction met this challenge by installing a 35 inch thick floating slab capable of withstanding significant soil loss in the event of an earthquake similar to the one experienced in 1989. Bogard Construction's work often begins before groundbreaking during the design and cost analysis phase, resulting in cost-effective suggestions and timely completions for even the most challenging projects.
