Bogard’s team was selected by Pacific Coast Development to work through design, preconstruction and construction of the four-story, 54 unit, wood framed apartment complex over concrete podium parking and retail space. Currently under construction, delicate coordination has been required due to its location on Main St. Watsonville, as well as significant effort for cost analysis and value engineering, due to budget concerns during design and preconstruction.
