Bogard’s team was selected by Pacific Coast Development to work through design, preconstruction and construction of the four-story, 54 unit, wood framed apartment complex over concrete podium parking and retail space. Intricate coordination was required due to its location on Main Street Watsonville, as well as significant effort for cost analysis and value engineering, due to budget concerns during design and preconstruction.
