Pacific Union Development negotiated with Bogard Construction during the design phase of this building to ensure the project remained within budget, on schedule and maintained quality requirements. Work was completed ahead of schedule on nine buildings totaling over 225,000 SF including 206 apartment units, a recreation and community building, as well as a swimming pool.
