Bogard Construction delivered the Pacific Elementary School Classroom Project through a Lease-Leaseback delivery method, providing comprehensive construction management services in support of the District’s bond-funded modernization program.
The project involved the demolition of two aging classroom buildings and the replacement with two new pre-fabricated structures, totaling approximately 3,000 square feet of new educational space designed for classroom and multipurpose use.
Working closely with the District, Bogard’s team provided cost analysis, scheduling, and coordination expertise throughout design and construction, enabling the District to realize critical cost savings and deliver the project within budget while enhancing the functionality and learning environment for students and staff.
