Bogard Construction completed the original construction of the Dominican Oaks Retirement Community, self-performing structural concrete and wood framing. Since original construction, Bogard has performed a number of tenant improvements within the existing facilities, as well as as two major renovations - a Kitchen Renovation and facility expansion, as well as a replacement of the existing balconies - all while maintaining ongoing occupancy.
