1500 Capitola Road is a health and housing campus that addresses the need for increased access to healthcare and affordable housing in our local communities. Phase I of the project was constructing a 20,000-square-foot, two-story facility and an 11-chair dental clinic (5,793 SF & 20,126 SF). Phase II is the in-progress construction of a housing complex for Midpen Housing.
