Jim
Bogard will be considerably more active in your project than many
principals of other firms. Bogard Construction will not take on
a project if its principals cannot maintain this higher level of
active project involvement. During the pre-construction phase,
he will be involved in the phasing and scheduling of activities
as well as the development of construction methods. He will also
participate in some design meetings.
Jim Bogard has extensive experience in the construction industry
for over three decades. He has been very involved in every phase
of pre-construction, estimating, scheduling, bidding and awarding
of work.
