Construction Management Colorado State University Fort Collins, Colorado   Background Mr. Bogaard is involved in various phases of pre-construction, estimating, bidding, scheduling, and project management. Jared has managed all aspects of construction projects—from initial planning, value engineering, and plan reviews through tenant occupancy and project closeout.
