Bogaard is involved in all phases of pre-construction including estimating, budgeting and
bidding through scheduling and project management. Jared has managed
all aspects of construction projects—from initial planning,
value engineering, budgeting and plan reviews through tenant occupancy and
project closeout. His experience includes serving as client liaison,
controlling and monitoring project budget and schedule, managing
the design review process, design-build coordination, front-end specification development,
contract administration, contract document interpretation, change
order negotiation, scheduling and estimating. |
