will assist on a part time basis during pre-construction services
to insure the constructibility of the building. During construction
he will attend all on-site meetings, and visit the site at least
once each week. He has been involved in every project Bogard
Construction has built since 1970.
Brad has been involved actively in the construction phase of
all of our housing projects. Stepping Out Housing, Oak Tree Villa,
Glen Eden Apartments, Pacific Shores Apartments & Dominican
Oaks Senior Housing are just a few of his related project experience,
which are further described in Section II of this proposal.
During the preconstruction phase, his role will be
to clearly understand & implement the sequence of all on-site
events. During the Construction Phase, his role will
be an active one. He monitors all supervision, foreman & punchlist
teams to assure that all work is proceeding according to the
team plan.
In addition to the above, 11 months after the project has been
completed, Brad will follow up with the owner on a '1 year warranty
walk-through' in which he and an owner's representative will
review the project and its systems for any potential warranty
items requiring attention. This further ensures that the service
and product provided by Bogard Construction is unmatched.
