Lowest Bid Earns Bogard The Right To Place
Their Stamp Of Excellence On Proposed Renovation And Additions
To The Campus
Bogard Construction, Inc. announces that they are the
successful low bidder on the San Lorenzo Valley Junior
High School addition project. This new project, which
bid on 9/9/04, is a six million dollar renovation to
the existing campus including the construction of four
new buildings, including three new classroom buildings
and one pavilion building for outdoor activities. Bogard
brings over fifty years of experience and the dedication
of three generations of Bogard family members to the
redesign of the San Lorenzo Valley Junior High School,
which began October 4th.
From educational to medical facilities, Bogard Construction
has created a legacy of excellence and commitment to
improving the community for future generations. Bogard
is responsible for acclaimed local projects that include
the Longs Marine Laboratory, McPherson Center for Art
and History, both Dominican and Sutter Hospitals, and
the Santa Cruz Intermodel Tranfer Facility. Bogard’s
experience revamping academic institutions, including
Santa Cruz High School, Soquel High School, Harbor
High School, Mission Hill Junior High School, and numerous
University of California Santa Cruz facilities including
the McHenry Library and Kresge College, assisted them
in securing this project.
